2. Enter the details for each team member you wish to participate (maximum 25 team members):
Enter the details then click "Add Team Member"
When you've entered the last
team member, click "Continue"
3. You will then be taken to the survey page.
For each question, you'll be asked first to answer for yourself, then you'll be asked to answer the same question again for how you think people in your team might respond. If you think that people in your team might respond differently from each other, try to decide on balance, how the majority of people might respond.
The survey will take around 15 mins to complete
Once you and your team members have completed the questionnaire, you can log in using the details provided to you in the email to collect your report
