If you have ever looked back at how you handled a challenging situation and wished you had done things differently, this session is for you! As human beings, we are not naturally wired to keep an open mind when things get stressful, and we can end up reacting in a way we later regret.
In this session you will learn about the 3 perceptual positions, why each is critical and most importantly how to access them in the midst of a challenging situation to help you make choices and take actions that will serve you in the long run.
