The speed with which we to learn new skills or adapt to new situations is strongly influenced by our mindset. What’s challenging however, is that we are not typically aware of our mindset or how it is impacting us either positively or negatively.
In this session you will learn about how our mindset impacts our ability to learn, how to recognise a less than optimal mindset and how to shift your mindset to one that accelerates the speed of your learning.
