Fuel for the brain

Personal development comes in many different shapes and sizes and these "insight" sessions are designed to be quick, accessible, highly practical and engaging.

 

Something to stimulate your mind while you take a short break from your working day.

 

Long enough to provide real insights and practical tips that you can put into action immediately, but short enough that they won't hold you back from getting on with important work.

Each 60 minute session provides (note - we can adapt the timings to suit your needs):

  1.   Around 45 minutes of insight for up to 500 participants

  2.   An extra 15 to 20 minutes Q&A for participants who have a little extra time

  3.   Suitable for teams, departments or whole organisations

  4.   Delivered by one of our expert facilitators

  5.   A moderator to field questions and manage the session

  6.   Time and date to suit you

  7.   Useful tips and practical actions that can be put into practice immediately

  8.   A free handout summarising key learning

  9.   Thirty days free access to the recorded session for your whole organisation
