Team Diagnostic
Please read these instructions before starting:
When you click on the button below, you'll be taken to the registration page where you can enter your own details, then add the members of your team that you wish to participate in the team engagement diagnostic.
1. Enter your own details:
NB: the log-in details for accessing your report will be sent to the email address you provide.
Then click "Save and Continue"
2. Enter the details for each team member you wish to participate (maximum 25 team members):
Enter the details then click "Add Team Member"
When you've entered the last team member, click "Continue"
Each member of your team will be sent an email inviting them to participate in the survey. You should let them know to expect the email.
3. You will then be taken to the survey page.
For each question, you'll be asked first to answer for yourself, then you'll be asked to answer the same question again for how you think people in your team might respond. If you think that people in your team might respond differently from each other, try to decide on balance, how the majority of people might respond.
The survey will take around 15 mins to complete
Once you and your team members have completed the questionnaire, you can log in using the details provided to you in the email to collect your report.
