About James Bannerman

James is an experienced consultant, trainer, facilitator, executive coach, and keynote speaker who specialises in ‘combining creativity with psychology’ to help businesses innovate and perform more effectively in a rapidly-changing world. As well as working with multiple leaders, managers and teams in the corporate arena (from Aston Martin to Duracell, and Rolls-Royce to Schroders) he also lectures on MBA programmes at several business schools and is the best-selling author of 2 books i.e. Genius! and Business Genius! (both published by Pearson). Prior to being a business education provider James was a platinum-selling songwriter (ex-BMG), a freelance cartoonist (e.g. Punch) and he also trained in clinical Transactional Analysis psychotherapy.
